Come to Our Meetings...friends, food, fun and more!

Our Monthly Meetings are held at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens Activities Center, located at 811 S. Palm Avenue, in Sarasota, FL., the third Wednesday of each month. Tastings are at 6:30 p.m., followed by our guest lecturer at 7 p.m. and the raffle and clean-up is at 8:30 p.m. Guests are welcome to attend one meeting before joining the society. You'll make new friends, meet folks with like interests and enjoy our fruit samplings. Often, fresh fruits are also available for purchase.

Every month, through our guest speakers, you'll learn more about what to grow in this area, and how to have fresh fruit each season of the year. Florida has the unique ability to provide that for you. Edible landscaping can bring multiple fresh fruits to the table every month.  Sustainability is easy once you learn the basics.  Join us to learn horticulture, culinary uses and best varieties for Sarasota, Florida.
